How Powerlink works
A Perific unit measures the property's power consumption in real-time and communicates the available power to the Hub, which then oversees and optimizes the EV charging.
For this reason, the Hub comes bundled with either a Monitor or an One, depending on which solution suits the property best.
What is the Monitor and One?
The Monitor and One are both advanced solutions for dynamic power management. Perific offers advanced monitoring of your electricity usage, as well as an advanced power management system for EV chargers.
Perific reports the available power output, thus balancing the power curve and possibly saving you unnecessary electric costs.
By monitoring the property's total power output you are able to keep the main fuse from getting triggered.
Get the app
Information about the property’s power consumption is all available in the Perific app. The app makes it easier than ever for you to load balance your EV charger, identify KPIs, and optimize your power usage.
Price Adapted Charging
For those of you with an electricity contract featuring hourly rates, there's the Price Adapted Charging feature. Just as it sounds: a function that charges your EV based on the lowest electricity prices available - completely automatically.

How to install Perific with the amina S EV charger?
In the Perific-amina integration, Monitor is installed at the same time as your EV charger. For every amina charger one Hub is installed as well.
Monitor
The current sensors are connected to the three phases of the property: L1, L2, and L3. For Monitor to work properly, the sensors are ideally installed as close to the distribution station as possible. Thereafter Perific charging load management will be installed.
One
With Perific's product One, installation via the P1/RJ12 port is also available. In this case, the product is connected directly to the electrical meter.
The installation is usually performed by a certified electrician.
