This privacy policy refers to the app Enegic developed by Perific Technologies AB. The policy describes how we handle your personal data and other data that we collect when you as a registered user use the app and its functionality.

1. Collection of information

We collect information when you register your account in the Enegic app. The aggregated information includes your full name, address details, and an email address (the account name). We also save data from your connecting Enegic devices, see section 3 on storage below.

2. Use of information

We collect and store your name and email address (account name) to enable login and management of you as a user in the Enegic system. Perific Technologies AB processes this data in accordance with the EU Data Protection Regulation.

As long as your account is active, we reserve the right to contact you by email to inform you of updates and other events regarding your use of Enegic.

3. Storage

As Enegic is a system where physical measurement and controllers are activated and linked to accounts, we will store additional information when you choose to enable Enegic devices for your account:
a. Enegic Monitor: Power and energy meter for the collection of high-resolution electrical power and energy data. We save your energy values in our cloud service so that you have access to high resolution energy and power history of your property.

b. Enegic Sense: Temperature and humidity meter. We save your values in our cloud service for visualization and control of energy consumers.

c. Enegic Control: Control unit for controlling energy consumers. We save values in our cloud service that are linked to functions related to energy consumption control.

d. Safe plug: We save energy, power and temperatur values in our cloud service to hensure you have access to the history of your device's utilization.

Data from your devices may be saved even if you delete your Enegic account. The completely anonymous information may be used for various research purposes.

Your personal data directly linked to your Enegic account is stored only as long as your account is active.

4. Security

Perific Technologies AB is the only party that owns and/or uses the information stored in the Enegic system. Your personally identifiable information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or shared to another party for any purpose without your expressed consent.

5. Disclosure to third parties

Perific Technologies AB does not transfer personally identifiable information to third parties. The exception is trusted third parties responsible for the operation of our server environment or other trusted subcontractor to Perific, with the requirement that these parties warrant to keep the information confidential.

We believe that it is necessary to share information for the purpose of investigating, preventing, or taking action against illegal activities, situations where someone's physical safety is threatened, violation of our Terms of Use or other occasions when required by law.

6. Unsubscribe to newsletter

We use the email address you registered as your account name to send you news and information about what is happening regarding the Enegic app and its and information about what is happening regarding the Enegic app and its information on how to unsubscribe at the end of each newsletter sent.

7. Close your account

If you wish to close your account, you can send an email to after which we close the account and guarantee that all personal user information associated with your account will be deleted.

8. Consent

Before you can create an account in the Enegic app, you must agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

PPerific Technologies AB reserves the right to make changes to these terms and policies. In that case, you will be informed when you log in to the app. In order to continue using the app, you need to approve the changes.
