Perific's products are covered by the right of complaint and are valid for three years. The right to complain comes into effect when our product is defective, malfunctions or is broken.

Invoice label, reference information and complaint number (provided when contacting support) must always be obtained.
Faulty product must be returned or can be displayed on site.
Compensation claims for work must be approved before work can begin.
When purchasing an incorrect license, we can exchange the incorrect license for the desired one at an additional cost (difference between different licenses).
If a return is desired, the following form must be filled in and sent to us according to instructions.
